Apollo Express, Inc., was established August 5, 1999. Since its inception, the company has experienced double-digit growth due to its ownership.Owned and operated by four partners, Apollo Express collectively has over 100 years experience, including management, sales, operations, and driving, all within the transportation industry. Apollo’s main goal is to provide our customers with flexible transportation solutions that meet our customers needs. The flexible transportation solutions are comprised of many facets, one of which is the Apollo Express Fleet. From the initial beginning of one tractor-trailer, it continues to grow. Our fleet is well maintained and currently consists of 17 tractors, 32 trailers, 7 straight trucks, and 6 cargo vans. Like the growth of our fleet, our offices also have continued to grow. When Apollo Express first opened its doors, it was in a 100 square-foot office. In the spring of 2001, the company relocated to its current location. Now housed in a 5,000 square-foot office with adjacent warehouse and dock, the company has sufficient room for growth. Along with our fleet and offices, the services that Apollo Express offers have also continued to expand. In July of 2003, due to customer requests for services such as brokerage and third-party logistics, and to further Apollo Express’ growth, Apollo Transportation Solutions (ATS) was formed. ATS is a non-asset based, stand-alone operation located within the offices of Apollo Express. By combining a variety of flexible services, 24-hour availability, and the experience of Apollo Express and Apollo Transportation Solutions, you the shipper can be confident of your shipments’ timely (99.6% on-time delivery), claims-free (claims ratio <0.02%) delivery. |
